Eden Mill has recently revived whisky making at this iconic location where the famous Haig family made whisky, gin and beer for most of the 19th century.Inspired by the pioneering spirit of the Haig’s and the many other greats who have carved their name on the towns illustrious history, Paul Miller and a team of three began alcohol production on the old derelict site in 2012. Since then, the site has grown and quickly become established as the local brewery, winning several national awards for its quality beers and sustainable ethos.
