Head coach Frank Hadden said: “Steve has been part of an outstanding back-row and pack effort at Glasgow. He works hard and deserves his chance at this level. “The Barclays Churchill Cup was introduced to create opportunity for players who might otherwise not be able to show the national coach what they can do.
