All details for games are accurate as of 3pm, Friday 1 December, but may be subject to change based on weather conditions.

Hillhead Jordanhill v Heriot’s Blues – Peffermill Playing Fields, KO 11am

It’s our last West versus East clash of the season as Hills travel to Edinburgh to face Heriot’s on Saturday.

In their last meeting, Heriot’s enjoyed a home win, 28-12. Since then, both teas have experienced the highs and lows of the competition. Last weekend, Hills triumphed at home against Stewartry Sirens with a 71-8 victory, whilst the Blues were defeated by league leaders, Watsonians, 12-84.

Looking ahead to the game, Hills Captain Hannah Telling said: “It’s the last game of the season for us and it’s one of the biggest! We’re so excited to face Heriot’s this weekend where a win will guarantee us third spot in the league.

“We’ve worked hard for this, and we’ve been braving sub-zero elements to be ready to go on Saturday. Wrap up warm and come down to show your support for the quarters!”

Heriot’s Head Coach, Craig Robertson said: “This weekend is an opportunity for the team to attain its highest ever position in the league. With that in mind we are acutely aware that our opposition have everything to play for as well. After an uncharacteristic blip last weekend, we are looking to make amends and have prepared well for what will no doubt be an enthralling encounter.”

Garioch v Cartha Queens Park – Dyce, KO 2pm

Cartha Queens Park travel to Aberdeenshire on Saturday to face Garioch in what’s expected to be an epic showdown based on previous history.

Just four weeks ago, Cartha narrowly secured the win by two points, with the score drawn at 24-22 on the full-time whistle.

After Garioch took a tough loss to Stirling last week and Cartha forfeited their fixture to Cougars, both sides will be eager to make a go of it on Saturday.

Speaking ahead of the game Garioch Captain, Sammy Ross said: “We had a tough away game against finalists Stirling on Saturday in some very cold conditions, however the team put in a second half performance to be extremely proud of and it’s been fantastic to watch the team grow and learn as every game comes.

“We have two very big games ahead of us and are in no doubt about the challenges that we face. It was a very tight game against Cartha last time we met, and we know how strong and fierce in attack they are so it’s another challenging weekend for us but as always we welcome it!
