TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Doddie Easter Egg Prize Draw is organised by Scottish Rugby Limited.
When you enter this Doddie Easter Egg Prize Draw, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoters
The Promoters of this Doddie Easter Egg Prize Draw are:
- Scottish Rugby Limited, a company incorporated in Scotland with registered number SC132061 and having its registered office at Murrayfield, Edinburgh EH12 5PJ (“Scottish Rugby”);
- My Name’5 Doddie Foundation (“Doddie Foundation”) a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation with registered number SC047871; and
- Quirky Chocolate, Castlebrae Business Centre, Unit 6 40 Peffer Place, Edinburgh EH16 4BB (“Quirky Chocolate”)
together, Scottish Rugby, Doddie Foundation and Quirky Chocolate are the “Promoters”.
- The Prize Draw and how to enter
- These Terms and Conditions apply to the Prize Draw applicable when purchasing a participating Quirky Chocolate Banoffee Flavour Milk Chocolate Rugby Egg Ball (“the Doddie Easter Egg Prize Draw”) and promoted by the Promoters on, the Promoters’ websites and social media platforms.
- To enter the Prize Draw, entries must be submitted to the Promoters in accordance with condition 4. Any entries submitted to the Promoters in any other manner or medium will be disqualified from the Prize Draw. Only one entry per person is permitted.
- The opening date for Prize Draw entries is Friday 27 February 2026 at 09:00. Entries must comply with the conditions set out in conditions 3 and 4 and any entries that do not comply (in the sole opinion of the Promoters) will be disqualified from the Prize Draw.
- The Prize Draw will close on 29 March 2026 at 23:59 (“the Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will be automatically disqualified from the Prize Draw.
- The Promoters accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
- The entries will be entered into an electronic draw performed by an automated process the week commencing 30 March 2026. Four winners will be chosen and shall receive the Prize (as defined in condition 5 below). The decision of the judges is final.

- By submitting a Prize Draw entry, you are agreeing to (a) be bound by these Terms and Conditions; (b) to enter the Prize Draw; (c) if you are a winner, to your name and image being recorded and published for promotional purposes by the Promoters or its authorised representatives and to allow the Promoters to comply with its obligations set out at conditions 5.4 and 5.5.
- Eligibility
- An “Entrant” is a person submitting an entry to the Prize Draw, in accordance with condition 4.
- The Prize Draw is not open to employees of the Promoters or their immediate family or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Prize Draw/Competition.
- Entrants must be over 18 years old and resident in the United Kingdom.
- In entering the Prize Draw, the Entrant confirms that they are eligible to do so and to claim the Prize (as defined in condition 5 below) if they are a winner. The Promoters may require Entrants to provide proof that they are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
- The Promoters will not accept Prize Draw entries that are:
- automatically generated by computer;
- completed by third parties or in bulk;
- illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
- photocopies and not originals; or
- incomplete.
- Entries
- To enter the Prize Draw Entrants must purchase a participating Quirky Chocolate Banoffee Flavour Milk Chocolate Rugby Egg Ball during the promotion period, scan the QR code on the card provided and complete the online form providing your name, date of birth and email contact detail.
- The Prize
- The winners will receive two tickets for the W6N Scotland v England match on 18 April 2026 at Scottish Gas Murrayfield. Prize does not include transport, food and drink, spending money, tax or other personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winners. (“the Prize”).
- The Prize is non-transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
- The Prize shall be supplied by the Promoters.
- The Promoters reserve the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoters’ control make it necessary to do so.
- The decision of the Promoters regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- Notification of winning entry
- The winners, selected in accordance with condition 2.6, will be notified by email week commencing Monday 30 March 2026 that they are a winner. The Prize or instructions on how to receive the Prize will be sent to the winners by the Promoters within 24 hours of being notified of their win.
- If a winner does not respond to the Promoters within forty eight (48) hours of being notified by the Promoters or if a winner is unable to accept any element of the Prize due to ineligibility, the Prize in its entirety will be withdrawn and the Promoters will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process set out at condition 2.6.
- The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on behalf of a winner.
- The Promoters must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Scottish Rugby will send the surname and county of the winners to anyone who writes to Scottish Rugby at the address set out in condition 1 (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date of the Prize Draw.
- If you object to either or both of your surname and, county being published or made available, please contact the Promoters at [email protected] . In such circumstances, Scottish Rugby will not provide the information to members of the public, but must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority (“ASA”) on request by the ASA, to comply with our legal obligation to do so.
- Data protection
- As part of submitting an entry to the Prize Draw, Entrants are required to submit certain personal details, including their name, date of birth, email address and.
- The legal basis for which the Promoters will collect personal data in respect of Prize Draw Entrants are (i) its legitimate interest of administering the Prize Draw, and (ii) to comply with its legal obligations in respect of Prize Draw.
- The Promoters will use the personal data of Entrants as follows:
- to contact the winners and to send the Prize to them;
- to contact an alternative winner and to send the Prize to them if a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time; and
- to comply with the legal obligation to provide the winners’ surname and county in response to requests for this information from third parties, subject to conditions 6.4 and 6.5.
- The Promoters will comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation when collecting and otherwise processing personal data in connection with this Prize Draw. - General
- These Terms and Conditions and this Prize Draw are governed by the laws of Scotland. By entering into this Prize Draw each Entrant agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
- Entrants to the Prize Draw are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon entry to the Prize Draw.
- The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any Entrants that breach these Terms and Conditions or any entries that, in the sole opinion of the Promoters, are in any way obscene, violent, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful or would damage the reputation of the Promoters. Where the Promoters disqualifies any Entrants in accordance with this condition 8.3, the Promoters shall remove any affected entries from the Prize Draw and from their websites and/or social media channels (where such entries have been published).
- The Promoters reserve the right to cancel this Prize Draw at any time. The Promoters reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice by posting changes to [insert link to website where amendments will be posted] https://www.quirkychocolate.com . The Promoters will only notify Entrants of changes if required to do so by law.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoters, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any Entrant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of entering the Prize Draw or taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoters or that of its employees, agents or distributors. Your statutory rights are not affected.
