Rugby World Cup 2021 squad update
Heriot’s Elis Martin has been added to Scotland’s Rugby World Cup squad ahead of their departure to New Zealand today (Friday), as she replaces Evie Gallagher who has been ruled out of the tournament due to injury.
Martin made her Scotland debut during the Summer Series match against USA in August. The 23-year-old previously played for Hillhead Jordanhill before joining University of Edinburgh.
She played for the university side for six years, and during that time spent two summers in Edmonton, Canada, where she played for the Rockers.
