Alexander Masibaka has been ruled out of the Quilter Nations Series with an elbow injury and Will Hurd is also unavailable with a shoulder injury.
Glasgow Warriors prop Fin Richardson has been called up after making his debut for Scotland in the summer, against Samoa.
