Scotland Women 7s training squad selected
Head Coach Scott Wight has selected an extended trianing squad for Scotland Women 7s first camp of 2017. Twenty players will be put through their paces at Scotland’s high performance centre, Oriam, in Edinburgh this weekend (April 29-30).It is Wight’s first camp in charge, having been apointed by Scottish Rugby to lead the womens sevens programme this summer.The squad will compete in two warm-up competitions before travelling to the Czech Republic and Hungary for the Rugby Europe Women’s Sevens Trophy over two weekends in June and July.Read more about Wight’s appointment and what he’s hoping to acheive with Scotland Women 7s HERE.
