Special General Meeting 2022
A Special General Meeting (SGM) of the Scottish Rugby Union has been requisitioned by the Scottish Rugby Council.
Secretaries of Full Member Clubs, Associate Bodies and Associate Clubs and other colleagues gave been given notice that a SGM will be held on Monday 6th June 2022 at 6pm. The specific details of the meeting will be communicated in due course.
The object of the Meeting is to consider a Motion which accompanied the SGM Notice and can also be found on the Scottish Rugby website here.
The Motion seeks members’ approval of a series of recommendations and further steps arising from the recent governance review following an interim report and presentation from the Standing Committee on Governance (“SCOG”) under the independent chair of Professor Lorne Crerar CBE FRSE, to the Scottish Rugby Council.
