Ami Conchie took up rugby at the age of 18 starting out with Dundee Rugby Club in 2022.
The talented back-three player now players for Watsonians FC and was drafted to the Celtic Challenge for Edinburgh Rugby in the 2023/24 season.
Ami recently featured for Watsonians FC in the Sarah Beaney Cup Final, walking away from Scottish Gas Murrayfield as the 2023/24 champions.
Away from rugby, Ami is a talented horse rider and represented Scotland in horse riding in 2022 and 2023 with the International Working Hunter team. She has also competed at Hickstead, 2021, 2023 and 2024.
She is currently supported at the East Regional Training Centre.
