All event timings, including doors opening and main act timings, will be confirmed closer to the time, however we anticipate doors at 5pm.

Your tickets will be issued with instruction on which coloured turnstiles you must enter through. We will update this page closer to show dates with maps showing where all the different turnstiles and queuing areas are located.

The main stage will be at the North end of the stadium – please refer to the map on your ticket agent’s website for the stage layout.

You can pick up your merchandise early from our dedicated merchandise location on Roseburn Street. It will be open to the general public on Thursday from 12:00–20:00 and Friday/Saturday from 11:00–14:00.

On Friday and Saturday, all stadium merchandise units will open at doors and will be available exclusively to ticket holders.

The Macron store will be open as usual this week, except on Friday and Saturday when it will be open to ticket holders only from doors opening until Luke takes to the stage.

Tickets are sold subject to a booking fee which vary by ticket provider. All tickets will be subject to a venue levy of £2.95 per ticket.

Tickets are usually issued by your ticket provider nearer the date of the show. We would therefore encourage you to refer to your ticket provider for guidance on how and when your tickets will be issued.

Information relating to the delivery of your tickets will be confirmed nearer to the date of the concert via your ticket provider.

We would strongly advise against using any sites other than those listed above. These are the only sites we can guarantee have 100% genuine tickets. Consider the notes below before purchasing your tickets:

1. Only buy from the outlets listed in the show advertising.

2. Find out the face value of the tickets and how much you are paying in booking fees.

3. Find out the location of your seats.

1. Your ticket(s) are digital mobile tickets that will be delivered in the lead up to the show to the ticket agent’s app/your account which you will be instructed to download to your smart phone. I acknowledge that my ticket(s) may not be delivered until 7 days prior to show date.

2. Your ticket purchase constitutes a personal, revocable license and, at all times, remains the property of the event organisers.

3. Each ticket holder must be in possession of their ticket on entry.

4. Your ticket(s) are sold by the event organisers directly to you the consumer. Any tickets purchased by businesses or traders in breach of the terms and conditions of ticket sale will be cancelled. By accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you are a consumer.

5. Your ticket(s) will immediately become invalid if resold or offered for sale unless the sale is through the official ticket agent fan to fan exchange. Tickets sold via third parties or other unauthorised outlets, including online auction sites, are not valid for admission. The resale of a ticket via unauthorised outlets renders it invalid and may lead to refusal of entry.

6. Ticket sales are limited to a maximum of (eight) 8 tickets per customer. By ticking this box, I acknowledge that my tickets may be subject to cancellation if found in breach of this rule.

7. Only tickets purchased through approved ticket agents (Ticketmaster, AXS, SEE Tickets and official venue ticket agents) are valid for admission. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission.

8. You may be required as a condition of entry, to comply with any Covid 19 regulations, restrictions and/or entry requirements imposed at the time of the concert by the event organiser or relevant authority (and the event organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to the event if these are not complied with).

Yes, there are designated wheelchair viewing areas and accessible facilities. You must purchase wheelchair tickets to gain access to this area.

The wheelchair viewing sections for concerts at Scottish Gas Murrayfield can be viewed on the ticket map and are situated in front of the South Stand.

Please note, as part of our commitment to safety, we do not allow wheelchairs or walking aids on the pitch (excluding the wheelchair accessible platform). This is for the safety and comfort of all.

Customers can purchase Accessible tickets online through Ticketmaster by selecting a Wheelchair, Ambulant Disabled or Hearing-Impaired ticket.

· Wheelchair-Only Platform: Change ‘Ticket Quantity’ to 1 Wheelchair ticket (Free Companion ticket included along with Paid Wheelchair ticket).

Please note that the Ambulant Disabled Seating ticket type will give you access to a specific ambulant-disabled seated area (this is not the accessible platform), which will have a limited number of stairs and accessible toilets close by. One person will be allowed one free PA/Companion ticket (unless otherwise pre-agreed due to accessibility requirements). Customers who require a PA/Companion to attend the event but are situated outside of the accessible areas should purchase their own ticket and their PA/Companion ticket together then contact their ticket provider to request a refund of the PA/Companion ticket.

By purchasing an accessible ticket, you confirm you or a member of your party require this position. The accessible ticket policy limits one free carer ticket for each accessible ticket purchased. Proof of eligibility/disability must be provided before the event – if you purchase tickets online, you will be contacted by Ticketmaster no later than 72 hours after your order. Tickets may be cancelled if misuse is suspected/found.

At various times throughout the event a member of the catering team will visit the accessible decks to take food and drink orders. There is also a large variety of units available around the stadium.

Conveniently placed separate adapted and accessible toilets including a Changing Places toilet are in the lower southwest corner of the stadium, along with accessible toilet facilities around the stadium.

In addition we have a Stadium Support team who are on hand on event days to provide a wayfinding service and offer accessibility support within the grounds.

The safety and security of everyone connected to our events is of paramount importance; to achieve this there will be various security procedures in place.

· All ticketholders will be searched before entering the venue.

· Scottish Gas Murrayfield stadium enforce a strict A4 bag policy (30cm x 21cm x 21cm) for concerts. Bags that are larger than this size, unless for childcare or medical reasons, will not be permitted.

· All bags will be searched before entry to the venue is permitted. Please note that bags do not need to be clear.

· Where possible we recommend that ticket holders do not bring bags with them to ensure quick entry into the stadium.

No, there is not a bag-drop facility at (or in close proximity to) Scottish Gas Murrayfield.

Everyone who turns up to the venue with a bag larger than A4, unless for the reasons stated above, will be asked to deposit their bag in one of the many bag-drop facilities located across Edinburgh

Yes, there will be a wide range of hot & cold food and beverages available to buy which will cater for different dietaries. Once we have confirmed our show day footprint, there will be a map showing locations of the different vendors around the campus and the dietaries they cater to.

Please note, we operate a Challenge 25 Policy at Scottish Gas Murrayfield. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 25 will be asked to provide identification confirming that they are over 18 years of age to purchase alcohol. The only forms of identification we accept are passports and photographic driving licenses.

You can only bring small amounts of food and drinks into the stadium if required for medical and childcare purposes. All bags will be subject to search.

Yes, water is available from any bar or food outlet.

No, this would need to be always kept on the person.

The stadium will have trained medical and welfare staff on duty. Please approach a steward who will direct you to the nearest first aid or welfare point.

Smoking is not permitted within the stadium bowl – this includes e-cigarettes and vapes. Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapes) is not allowed within either the seating deck, stadium concourses or pitch standing as set out in venue Ground Rules.

Yes, whilst children under the age of 5 are not permitted – we recognise that some attendees will need to express whilst on site.

When arriving at the stadium, please go to one of the dedicated Medical and Childcare lanes at your advised turnstile location, for bag clearance.

Our parenting rooms are located on the East concourse and outside the West Stand (by Hive Stadium) that will be available for use.

In the main, Scottish Gas Murrayfield is a cashless stadium, as such, there is no cash withdrawal facilities onsite and most bars, catering units and merchandise outlets are card / contactless only. However, a limited number of units will accept cash.

Trams are running in both directions between Edinburgh Airport and Shandwick Place. These stop at Scottish Gas Murrayfield, the exit from which takes you onto Roseburn Street.

Please note: You will not be able to travel in either direction between Princes Street, Leith or Newhaven on a tram due to ongoing works in the area. 

Tickets must be purchased prior to boarding trams. You can either use the ticket vending machines at tram stops or pre-purchase tickets on the Transport for Edinburgh app. For further information and up to date changes, please visit Princes Street updates – The City of Edinburgh Council and Events – The City of Edinburgh Council.

There is no public parking available at the stadium.

A limited number of accessible parking spaces are available to accessible ticket holders who present a valid event specific car park pass (this pass must be requested in advance, and, if a space is allocated, will be distributed with your tickets), along with an accessible show ticket.

The accessible parking is in proximity to the stadium at Murrayfield Ice Arena (EH12 5XN).

Please note, this car park is not open to all Blue Badge holders – access will only be granted if in possession of an event specific car park pass.

Due to crowd egress and local road closures for the event vehicles parked in this area will be held until roads re-open.

Coach and minibus parking is not available at Scottish Gas Murrayfield. Coaches and minibuses will be directed to parking areas along the A8 (Corstorphine Road) and Gorgie Road (north side between Chesser Ave and Westfield Road). It is vital that drivers co-operate and follow instructions and directions to ensure maximum capacity. The first vehicles to arrive will be parked nearest to the stadium.

Edinburgh’s tram line runs from Edinburgh Airport into the city centre and there is a stop at Murrayfield, the exit from which takes you onto Roseburn Street.

On Foot

Scottish Gas Murrayfield is approximately a 45-minute walk from Edinburgh city centre. From Princes Street head to Shandwick Place, onto Haymarket Terrace, then along Wester Coates (A8).

Closer to show day, maps will be uploaded here advising which of the surrounding streets to Scottish Gas Murrayfield you should then head down to reach your correct coloured turnstiles.

Please note there is no street parking available around the stadium on major event days.

There will be road closures near the stadium – please visit the Edinburgh Council website for any planned road closures and information on the newly enforced Pavement Parking restrictions closure to the event.
