Tickets are usually issued by your ticket provider nearer the date of the show. We would therefore encourage you to refer to your point of purchase for guidance on how and when your tickets will be issued

Information relating to the delivery of your tickets will be confirmed nearer to the date of the concert via the ticketing agent you purchased your tickets from.

We work closely with the promoter and artist’s production team in advance of tickets going on sale to ensure that tickets being sold have a view of the centre stage. As the artists may move around the stage at various points they may not be visible for a small proportion of time however large screens will be in operation. Where seats have been deemed as having a side restricted view these will be clearly marked at point of purchase.

We would strongly advise against using any sites other than those listed above. These are the only sites we can guarantee have 100% genuine tickets. Consider the notes below before purchasing your tickets:

1. Only buy from the outlets listed on the show advertising.
2. Find out the face value of the tickets and how much you are paying in booking fees.
3. Find out the location of your seats.
4. Never buy from an agent who says the tickets will be available to collect outside the Box Office.

In addition to these there are terms and conditions provided by the tour –

1. General Sale ticket sales are limited to 4 per household, per show. Only tickets purchased through approved agents are valid. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission.
2. Ticket resale is permitted at no more than the price you paid (face value + booking fees). Please only use Ticketmaster’s or the artist’s official resale partner – please see the artist’s website for more details.  Selling tickets through unauthorised resale platforms will breach these T&Cs and those tickets may be cancelled.
3. A ticket is a personal, revocable license and, at all times, remains the property of the Promoters. Tickets must be surrendered to the Promoters upon request.
4. This ticket is sold on behalf of the Promoters to the Consumer. Business or traders are specifically prohibited from purchasing for this event. Any who do so will have their tickets cancelled.
5. All ticket sales data will be manually forensically examined and any use of bots, multiple identities, false identities, or other fraudulent means of acquiring tickets may be reported to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in North America, Europe Cybercrime in Europe and the National Crime Agency in the UK.
6. Regardless of the method of delivery you select at purchase, we reserve the right to change ticket delivery to box office collection with Government issued photographic ID in the name of the person who booked the tickets.

There is no public parking available at the stadium.

A limited number of accessible parking spaces are available to accessible ticket holders who present a valid event specific car park pass (this pass must be requested in advance, and if a space is allocated will be distributed with your tickets), along with an accessible ticket.

The accessible parking is in proximity to the stadium at Murrayfield Ice Rink (EH12 5XN).

Please note, this car park is not open to all Blue Badge holders, access will only be granted if in possession of an event specific car park pass.

Due to crowd egress and local road closures for the event vehicles parked in this area will be held until the roads are open again.

Coach and minibus parking is not available at Scottish Gas Murrayfield. Coaches and minibuses will be directed to parking areas along the A8 (Corstorphine Road).  It is vital that drivers co-operate and follow instructions and directions to ensure maximum capacity. The first vehicles to arrive will be parked nearest to the stadium.

GETTING TO SCOTTISH GAS MURRAYFIELD

Scottish Gas Murrayfield is located to the west of Edinburgh and is well served by public transport and is only a 45-minute walk from the city centre.

Plan your journey and know your travel options by checking your travel providers’ website for all of the latest information ahead of your day. Check with your travel provider for any changes to services and details of the last evening’s service.

By Train

Buy scotrail tickets in advance either at staffed stations, by phone (0344 811 0141) or at scotrail.co.uk. Plan ahead and ensure you check your travel providers’ website for any updates ahead of travel.

Scotrail have put together a web page to support fans traveling to and from Oasis at Scottish Gas Murrayfield.

By Tram

Edinburgh’s tram line runs from Edinburgh Airport into the city centre and there is a stop at Murrayfield, the exit from which takes you onto Roseburn Street.

Please note tickets must be purchased prior to boarding trams. You can either use the ticket vending machines at trams stops or pre-purchase tickets on the Transport for Edinburgh App. To find out more and to pre-purchase your tram tickets visit edinburghticket.com.

Check the Edinburgh Trams website for more information on traveling to Scottish Gas Murrayfield. They will also be running an old night service on Friday and Saturday nights during August.

By Bus

Lothian Buses run several routes throughout the city that service Scottish Gas Murrayfield. All Lothian buses accept contactless payments, or you can download the Lothian Bus mobile app to help plan your travel to the game. Visit lothianbuses.com and use their journey planner ahead of travel for specific information regarding routes on match day.

Lothian Buses have put together a dedicated web page for Oasis Live ’25. 

Citylink: There is a dedicated service each day from Dundee to Scottish Gas Murrayfield as well as routes direct from Perth Broxden, Halbeath Park & Ride and Kinross Park & Ride.

The Citylink 900 service operates 24/7 between Glasgow and Edinburgh. It has frequent departures during the day, every 15 minutes, and at night, every half hour from 7pm and every hour from midnight.

Scottish Gas Murrayfield is approximately a 45-minute walk from Edinburgh city centre. From Princes Street head to Shandwick Place, which leads on to Atholl Place, then onto Haymarket Terrace. Continue and either turn left onto Roseburn Street at the Roseburn Bar (for the south turnstiles) or continue and turn left onto Riversdale Crescent at the Murrayfield Bar (for the north turnstiles).

Standing – 

No persons under 14 permitted on the pitch. Persons aged 14 + 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult 18 or over at all times (1 adult minimum per 4 persons aged 14 + 15 years old).

Seating – 

No persons under 8 permitted.  Persons aged 8-15 years old must be accompanied by an adult 18 or over at all times (1 adult minimum per 4 persons aged 8 – 15 years old).

Yes, there are designated wheelchair viewing areas and accessible facilities. You must purchase wheelchair tickets to gain access to this area.

The wheelchair viewing sections for concerts at Scottish Gas Murrayfield can be viewed on the ticket map and are situated in front of the South Stand.

Please note, as part of our commitment to safety, we do not allow wheelchairs or walking aids on the pitch (excluding the wheelchair accessible platform). This is for the safety and comfort of all on the pitch.

Customers can purchase Accessible tickets online through Ticketmaster by selecting a Wheelchair, Ambulant Disabled or Hearing Impaired ticket.

• Wheelchair-Only Platform: Change ‘Ticket Quantity’ to 1 Wheelchair ticket (Free Companion ticket included along with Paid Wheelchair ticket).
• Ambulant Disabled Seating: Change ‘Ticket Quantity’ to 1 Ambulant ticket (Free Companion ticket included along with Paid Ambulant Disabled Ticket)

Please note that the Ambulant Disabled Seating ticket type will give you access to a specific ambulant-disabled seated area (this is not the accessible platform), which will have a limited number of stairs and accessible toilets close by.
One person will be allowed one free PA/Companion ticket unless otherwise pre-agreed due to accessibility requirements).

Customers who require a PA/Companion to attend the event but are situated outside of the accessible areas should purchase their own ticket and their PA/Companion ticket together then contact their ticket provider to request a refund of the PA/Companion ticket.

By purchasing an accessible ticket, you confirm you or a member of your party requires this position. The accessible ticket policy limits one free carer ticket to each accessible ticket purchased. Proof of eligibility/disability must be provided before the event, if you bought tickets online, you will be contacted by Ticketmaster no later than 72 hours after your order. Tickets may be cancelled if misuse is suspected/found.

At various times throughout the event a member of the catering team will visit the accessible decks to take food and drinks orders. There is also a large variety of units available around the stadium.

Conveniently placed separate adapted and accessible toilets including a Changing Places toilet are located in the lower southwest corner of the stadium, along with accessible toilet facilities around the stadium.

In addition, at Scottish Gas Murrayfield, we have a Stadium Support team who are on hand on event days to provide a wayfinding service and offer accessibility support within the ground.

The Gigs in Scotland accessible team works closely with the accessible team at Murrayfield to ensure that our events are accessible to all.  We ask customers to apply for the accessible facilities they require in advance, such as BSL, Audio Description, Blue Badge Parking, and Sensory Room/Sensory Bags, you can request support by using our Accessible Facilities Form which can be found by clicking here.

The safety and security of everyone connected to our events is of paramount importance; to achieve this there will be various security procedures in place.

• All ticketholders will be searched before entering the venue.
• Scottish Gas Murrayfield stadium enforce a strict A4 bag policy (30cm x 21cm x 21cm) for concerts. Bags larger than this size, unless for childcare or medical reasons, will not be permitted.
• All bags will be searched before entry to the venue is permitted. Please note that bags do not need to be clear.
• Where possible we recommend that ticket holders do not bring bags with them to ensure quick entry into the stadium.

The following items will not be permitted into Scottish Gas Murrayfield, subject to stated exceptions:

• BAGS LARGER THAN A4 (30cm x 21cm)
  • All bags, no matter the size, will be searched prior to entry. There is no bag drop facility at Scottish Gas Murrayfield.

  • A sealed plastic bottle of water (Max: 500ml)
    Bins will be available at each entry point. This includes all unopened/sealed containers.
  • Exception(s): An unopened/sealed plastic bottle of water (Max: 500ml) or empty soft, collapsible, reusable water bottle (Max: 500ml).

• HIP FLASKS & METAL DRINKS BOTTLES, THERMOS FLASKS OR HARD CASED REFILLABLE WATER BOTTLES.
  • As with all other drinks’ bottles and cans, if you arrive with one of these, you will be asked to dispose of it prior to entry, in the bins provided.

Yes, there will be a wide range of hot and cold food and beverages available to buy – which will cater for different dietaries. Once we have confirmed our show day footprint, we will have a map showing the locations of the different vendors around the campus and the dietaries they each cater for.

Please note, we operate a Challenge 25 policy at Scottish Gas Murrayfield.  Anyone who appears to be under the age of 25, will be asked to provide identification confirming that they are over 18 years of age in order to purchase alcohol.  The only forms of identification we accept are passports and photographic driving licenses.

You can only bring small amounts of food and drinks into the stadium if required for medical and childcare purposes. All bags will be subject to search.

Yes, water is available from any bar or food outlet.

Please refer to the map on your ticket agent’s website for the stage layout however the main stage will be at the North End of the stadium.

No, this would need to be kept on the person at all times.

The stadium will have trained medical and welfare staff on duty, please approach a steward who will direct you to the nearest first aid or welfare point.

Smoking is not permitted within the stadium bowl – this includes e-cigarettes and vapes.

Yes, whilst children under the age of 8 are not permitted – we recognise that some attendees will need to express whilst on site.

On Arrival to the stadium please go to one of the dedicated Medical and Childcare turnstiles located at the entry point specified on your ticket.

There are parenting rooms located in the East Stand and in the West car park by the Hive Stadium that will be available for use on show days if required

In the main, Scottish Gas Murrayfield is a cashless stadium, as such, there is no cash withdrawal facilities onsite and most bars, catering units and merchandise outlets are card / contactless only. However, a limited number of units will accept cash.

Stocking city specific event items, touring adidas lines, a dated touring collection and other flagship exclusives, the official Oasis Live ’25 Touring Flagship Merch Stand will be located at Scottish Gas Murrayfield next to the green turnstiles on Roseburn Street, across from the tram stop.

The merchandise stand will be open on non-show days 7th and 11th August, 10am-8pm. On Oasis show days, the stand will open 8th, 9th and 12th August, 10am-3:30pm.
