GETTING TO SCOTTISH GAS MURRAYFIELD
Scottish Gas Murrayfield is located to the west of Edinburgh and is well served by public transport and is only a 45-minute walk from the city centre.

By Train
Buy scotrail tickets in advance either at staffed stations, by phone (0344 811 0141) or at scotrail.co.uk. Plan ahead and ensure you check your travel providers’ website for any updates ahead of travel.

By Tram
Edinburgh’s tram line runs from Edinburgh Airport into the city centre and there is a stop at Murrayfield, the exit from which takes you onto Roseburn Street.
Please note tickets must be purchased prior to boarding trams. You can either use the ticket vending machines at trams stops or pre-purchase tickets on the Transport for Edinburgh App. To find out more and to pre-purchase your tram tickets visit edinburghticket.com.
Check the Edinburgh Trams website for more information on traveling to Scottish Gas Murrayfield. They will also be running an old night service on Friday and Saturday nights during August.
By Bus
Lothian Buses run several routes throughout the city that service Scottish Gas Murrayfield. All Lothian buses accept contactless payments, or you can download the Lothian Bus mobile app to help plan your travel to the game. Citylink: There is a dedicated service each day from Dundee to Scottish Gas Murrayfield as well as routes direct from Perth Broxden, Halbeath Park & Ride and Kinross Park & Ride.
The Citylink 900 service operates 24/7 between Glasgow and Edinburgh. It has frequent departures during the day, every 15 minutes, and at night, every half hour from 7pm and every hour from midnight.

On Foot
Scottish Gas Murrayfield is approximately a 45-minute walk from Edinburgh city centre. From Princes Street head to Shandwick Place, which leads on to Atholl Place, then onto Haymarket Terrace. Continue and either turn left onto Roseburn Street at the Roseburn Bar (for the south turnstiles) or continue and turn left onto Riversdale Crescent at the Murrayfield Bar (for the north turnstiles).
By Car
Traffic Scotland have pulled together a webpage to support anyone looking to travel by car.
There will be a designated Park & Ride at the Royal Highland Centre and tickets for the parking can be purchased on the Scottish Rugby ticketing website (ticket does not include the cost of the return bus ticket, which can be purchased in advance via the Lothian bus website or via contactless payment when they board).

- X12 from Royal Highland Centre: 14:30, 14;50, 15:10, 15:30, 15:50, 16:07, 16:22, 16:37, 16:52, 17:07, 17:22, 17:37, 17:52, and 18:07. Following the concert there will be frequent departures for up to an hour from Murrayfield Road.
- X22 from Royal Highland Centre: 15:00, 15:20, 15:40, 16:00, 16:15, 16:30, 16:47, 17:05, 17:20 and 17:40. Following the concert, there will be frequent departures from Murrayfield Wickes Car Park for up to an hour.
There are various Park and Ride facilities in Edinburgh.
