Your Pass
Your 2023/24 Scotland Season Pass(es) will be issued via the Scottish Rugby Ticketing App
The Scottish Rugby Ticketing app was introduced last season as part of our ongoing drive to improve access, security and sustainability on Scotland matchdays, and all match tickets for Scotland’s seven home games were issued via the app. For the forthcoming season 2023/24 the Scotland Season Pass will also be issued via the Scottish Rugby Ticketing App and, like the match tickets, scanned at the turnstiles at BT Murrayfield for entry into the stadium.
Have you downloaded the app?
Your Scottish Rugby ticketing account through which you purchased your Scotland Season Pass will link your pass(es) to the new App using the mobile number registered to your ticketing account. If you haven’t yet downloaded the app, it is imperative that the mobile number in your ticketing account is correct. Please log into your ticketing account and make sure all your details are correct. If they are all correct, then all you need to do next is download the Scottish Rugby Ticketing App. Find out how to download your app HERE. If you need to make changes to your account you can either do it yourself or contact us and we’ll do it. For more information on how to update your details click HERE.
Transferring passes to others in your group?
As match passes are being issued digitally using the new Scottish Rugby Ticketing app transferring season passes can be done app to app. Full instructions on how to do this can be found HERE.
How do you use your pass?
Entry to the stadium is through any turnstile where a member of staff will scan the Scotland Season Pass QR code on your mobile device. Make sure you have transferred any tickets before the day of the game and that your mobile device is charged to ensure you can display your QR code!
Can you give your pass to someone else to use?
Yes, if you can’t make it to any of the games you can share with family or friends by transferring your pass to a friend. Make sure you get them to send your pass back to you after the game! Please note: an adult will not be allowed entry with an U18 or Student Pass: you must contact the Ticket Office to upgrade your pass in advance of the match.
Do Not Sell Your Pass
Scotland Season Passes are NOT permitted to be transferred or sold through any secondary ticketing service provider, auction site or website. Any passes or tickets found to be offered for sale on any secondary ticketing site will be contravening our T&C’s and will be cancelled and void. Anyone found to be selling passes in direct contravention of the T&C’s will be subject to appropriate sanctions. You may transfer your pass at face value via the app transfer functionality but it is your responsibility to have it transferred back if it is required for another game.
