The squad will progress over the next 12 months to becoming the Scotland Women under-20 squad for the 2010/11 season and beyond.Players who have progressed through the Scottish Women’s under-18 regional programme are advised to trial for the Scotland Women’s Academy in preparation for the senior elite women’s squads.Academy players are committed to attending squad training and strength and conditioning sessions, with a select group participating in the Talented Youth Group.
