The Scotland 7s squad were welcomed to Ibrox last night (15 April) for Rangers FC’s Scottish League One match v Forfar.The visit was an opportunity for the national sevens squad to experience the atmosphere of the stadium and familiarise themselves with the set-up of the ground ahead of the Commonwealth Games in July.  Rugby sevens will be played on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 July, during Glasgow 2014.It was a thoroughly enjoyable night for all, as the home side bounced back from a slow first half to win 3-0.  It also brought into sharp focus the task ahead with the Emirates Airline Glasgow 7s now in less than three weeks (3-4 May). Scotland 7s head coach Stephen Gemmell spoke to www.scottishrugby.org at Ibrox:2014 Emirates Airline Glasgow 7s ticket available NOW!Tickets for the 2014 Emirates Airline Glasgow 7s tournament, the eighth leg of the HSBC Sevens World Series, are available now on general sale, starting from only£20 per person and£10 for under-18s, students and senior citizens.Tickets are on sale for designated stands and for designated days, with weekend passes also available from£35.
