By entering this Prize Draw you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
The Promoter
The promoter of this Prize Draw is Vodafone Limited (company number 01471587), The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire RG14 2FN (the “Promoter”).
Eligibility
To enter the prize draw you must be actively engaged with the Vodafone clubs.connected programme and received a proposal with intention to proceed.
You can’t enter the prize draw if: you don’t live in the UK; you’re under 13 years old – if you’re aged between 13 and 18, you must have permission to enter from a parent or guardian.
Children over 2 must hold a valid match ticket to enter the Ground. Under 14’s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian Digital tickets for those under the age of 14 and/or for those people with accessibility requirements attending a Match with a companion are not required to be on a separate device. Entry is limited to one Entry per person/club. Duplicate entries from the same person or made via a third party (including by use of an automated service) will be invalid. For the attention of the winners of the Six Nations Series general admission tickets:
Prizes
Four (4) winning clubs will receive 30 general admission tickets to Scotland v England, Women’s Six Nations on Saturday 18 April 2026 at Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium. There will be a total of 120 tickets to give away. Attendees must be accompanied by an adult (18+) if they are under the age of 14. Travel, accommodation and other expenses aren’t included with this prize.
The Prizes carry no cash value, are non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winner. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
Prize Draw Period
The Prize Draw is open from 12:00 on 24th February 2026 until 12:00 on 10th March 2026 (the “Prize Draw Period”)
Entry
The Prize Draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary. However, you must be actively engaged with the clubs.connected programme.
To enter the Prize Draw you must, during the Prize Draw Period, complete the MS Form sent via email by Scottish Rugby and complete all required fields (the “Entry”). You must be actively engaged with the clubs.connected programme.
Entries will then be entered into a random draw. The winner(s) will be selected independently.
Entries that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify entries which it considers do not comply with these terms and conditions or any participant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this Prize Draw.
Participants may only enter this Prize Draw once.
The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such actions as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age, and other relevant details of the Participant.
Entries must be made by the Participant and must not be made through agents or third parties.
Fully completed entries must be sent to be received no later than the end of the Prize Draw Period. Entries received after the Prize Draw Period will not be eligible for entry.
Winner Selection and Prize
The Prize Draw will take place within 14 days of the prize draw closing date.
Winners will be selected independently, at random, by an independent process and contacted via the telephone number or email address provided on the registration form.
The winner/winners of the Prizes shall be notified within 14 days of the prize draw closing date using the email address provided at the time of entry. The winner/winners will have 7 days to respond to the first email to claim their prize. Failure to respond will result in the prize being forfeited and another winner selected. Once winner/winners have been confirmed, they will receive an email to their contact email address provided at the point of entry to confirm their prize.
Vodafone will send all the tickets to a maximum of 3 contacts per club. It is the club’s responsibility to distribute the tickets as appropriate. Tickets will be sent out around 3 – 5 days before the date of the event.
In the event that a winner or substitute winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the Prize in the time required, the winner or substitute winner shall forfeit their Prize and it will be awarded to a substitute winner, which shall be the next Entry selected at random.
By entering into this Prize Draw you acknowledge and agree that if you win a Prize, the Promoter shall be obliged to provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. For all other third parties, details of the winners are available from the Promoter on request, unless the winner(s) chooses not to allow their details to be made available.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
General
We’ll process the information you provide in relation to this prize draw for the purposes of running this prize draw, to contact you if you win. If you’re a winner, unless you object, we may publish or make available your details if requested to demonstrate that a valid award took place. For some prize draws, we may also use your entry, your name, your social media username and/or photos for promotional purposes, including for display on our social media channels. Customer will be subject to third-party privacy policies when they redeem this offer given by Vodafone to use third-party goods or services.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to this Prize Draw whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.
The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the terms and conditions of this Prize Draw.
The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive Entries due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or entries; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Prize Draw.
By entering the Prize Draw, the participant agrees to release the Promoter from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind (including but not limited to negligence) arising out of or in connection with the Prize Draw or with the acceptance, possession, attendance at or use of any prize (except death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence, for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law).
The terms and conditions for this Prize Draw are governed by English law and any disputes (whether contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in connection with this Prize Draw shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
