  • What happens after you apply to Vodafone clubs.connected?
    1. Application Review
      Your application will be assessed to confirm eligibility. It may take up to a year before your Club is onboarded onto the clubs.connected programme. This could be dependent on infrastructure upgrades, existing contract end dates and availability.  
    2. Order & Contract
      If eligible, your order will be processed, and a contract will be sent for signature. 
    3. Welcome Communication
      Once your services are confirmed, you’ll receive a welcome message with key details. 
    4. Equipment Delivery & Go-Live Date
      Your equipment will be shipped, and you’ll be notified of your service activation date. 
    5. Setup & Activation
      On your go-live date, follow the instructions provided with your equipment to get started. 
    6. Enjoy Free Connectivity
      Benefit from 12 months of free connectivity as part of the programme.

  • When will I hear from someone?

    A member of the Vodafone team will be in touch within 28 days of submitting your application.  

  • What if I've just renewed my broadband contract?

    If you choose to switch to Vodafone’s clubs.connected programme, you may be responsible for any cancellation or early termination fees charged by your current provider. 

    Alternatively, you can wait and submit your application at a time that better suits your individual circumstances. 

  • How can Vodafone benefit my club?

    Vodafone is offering your club 12 months of free connectivity, helping you save on costs while creating a connected environment for your members. Whether it’s checking scores, streaming matches, conducting video analysis, or running till systems—your club stays connected. 

    In addition, your club, its members and sponsors can benefit from exclusive benefits, including discounts and offers on mobile and broadband services. 

    You’ll also gain access to wider programme benefits, such as tickets and experience giveaways, and opportunities to engage with talent through our partnership with Scottish Rugby. 

  • What happens after the 12-month period?

    As your 12-month free connectivity period comes to an end, Vodafone will get in touch to discuss your options. You’ll have the choice to: 

    • Renew your services or 
    • Cancel your contract at the end of the term with no obligation 
  • Who can apply to join Vodafone clubs.connected?

    Any community rugby club who are part of Scottish Rugby is eligible to apply.  Clubs can apply at any time while the Vodafone clubs.connected programme is open for a period of 12 months until the next tournament season.   • Terms & Conditions

    By completing this form, you agree that: 

      • Vodafone will use your details to process your clubs.connected application and provide programme benefits. We may share your information with Scottish Rugby for eligibility checks. Your data will be handled securely and only for programme purposes. For full details, including your rights, please read our privacy policy – www.vodafone.co.uk/privacy.
      • The club and all users will comply with relevant terms and conditions for the associated benefits, including VEB terms and conditions (vodafone.co.uk/terms-and-conditions-business/Business/service-terms/Service-Terms/Enterprise-Broadband/), Vodafone Advantage terms and conditions and/or third-party terms and conditions (for example, match tickets).  
      • Vodafone will provide your club with VEB free for 12 months as part of a promotion and you agree that in exchange for the Services, the club shall supply the mutually agreed promotional consideration, including advertising or public relations activity.  
      • Vodafone reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Services at any time.  
      • Vodafone has discretion as to (a) which clubs are successful in their application and (b) which benefits are provided.  In particular, Vodafone reserves the right to make alterations to the time, date, duration, venue or other details of the engagement package.  Vodafone will aim to notify successful clubs via email within 28 days of this application.
      • Membership means a Full Membership, comprising full voting member clubs admitted in accordance with the provisions of the Scottish Rugby Union’s Articles of Association. Membership Rights: Membership of the Union shall be personal to the Club in membership and cannot be transferred or assigned.
      • There is a limit on the number of discount codes/vouchers per beneficiary e.g., a total of six discount codes for mobile and 1 voucher for HBB.
      • Insofar as is permitted by law, Vodafone will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate your club or accept any liability for any:
          • Loss or damage occurring as a result of your club taking up the Offer;
          • or Personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Offer except where it is caused by the negligence of Vodafone.
      • These terms are governed by English law and any dispute (whether contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
