All at West are saddened to report the death of Frank Hogarth, Honorary President of the Club.  Coming to West from Gala in the early 50’s Frank rose to become Club Captain then President and latterly Honorary President.  He therefore has been part of the fabric and life of the club for over 50 years and has been well known and loved by generations of players, coaches and administrators both at West and in the rugby community.  Sympathy is extended to wife and family.His funeral will take place at Dalnottar Crematorium, Clydebank, Glasgow on Monday 9th August at 1.30pm.
