Yeti Prize Bundle Competition Terms & Conditions

  • The Promoter of this prize draw is Scottish Rugby Limited of Scottish Gas Murrayfield, Edinburgh EH12 5PJ.
  • The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over.
  • The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
  • Entries to the prize draw can be submitted only by completing an entry form and submitting it at the Yeti activation on match days at any Quilter Nations Series match at Scottish Gas Murrayfield in 2025.
  • All entries must be submitted by filling the physical entry form at the physical Yeti stall and only one entry per household is permitted. By submitting the details, entrants will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and to have consented to: a) competition entry; b) the winner’s name, details and image being recorded and published for promotional purposes by Scottish Rugby.
  • The closing date for entries is midnight Sunday 23 November 2025.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
  • Winners will be chosen by random draw Monday 24 November 2025 (“Draw Date”).
  •  There will be five (3) winners of the prize draw. Each winner will receive a Yeti Prize Bundle that includes:
    –  1x Yeti x Scottish Rugby Insulated Drink Bottle
    –  1x YETI hat
    –  1x Yeti Roadie Cool Box
    –  10oz Yeti x Scottish Rugby Tumbler
    –  1x Yeti x Scottish Rugby Hipflask
        Note: Prizes are subject to change based on availability.
  • The Winners will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) by November 30 2025. The prize or instructions of how to receive the prize will be sent to the winner by the Promoter when they confirm acceptance of the prize.
  • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. If a Winner is unable to accept the prize due to ineligibility, the prize in its entirety will be withdrawn and a new Winner will be randomly selected.
  • The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  • Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  • Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in Scottish Rugby Privacy Policy.
  • These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by Scots law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in Scotland.
  • This Competition is governed by Scots law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
