Head of Regional Pathways and Game Development Neil Graham said:

“We’re really looking forward to seeing the players perform this weekend and continue to develop. It represents a new challenge for many of our players and a selection opportunity to progress into the Glasgow Warriors and Edinburgh Rugby U16 squads.

“The players have been selected from their performances with their clubs and schools, having had their first outing during the summer months.

“It’s another great opportunity for us to see the blueprint curriculum in action, and for our young players to test themselves against the best players in Scotland.”
