Scotland Women U18 Head Coach Lindsey Smith has named her sides to face Wales and France in day one of the U18 Six Nations Festival at Wellington College.
The festival offers a crucial development platform for players, coaches, and match officials across the men’s and women’s game. Since their introduction, the festival have become a breeding ground for future international stars, providing invaluable experience in a high-performance environment, and for the majority of players offers up the first opportunity for international match experience.
Notable players who have progressed from the festival in the women’s game include Alex Stewart, who earned her first Scotland cap in 2024 against Wales in the Guinness Women’s Six Nations.
