Scotland squad announced tomorrow!

14 Jan 2020

The Guinness Six Nations Championship is fast approaching, with less than three weeks to go until Scotland face Ireland in our tournament opener in Dublin.

Tomorrow, Head Coach Gregor Townsend will name his 2020 Scotland squad, with the news announced first across official Scottish Rugby channels.

Check Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube to find out who’s selected, as well as confirmation of the captain picked to lead the team into the World’s Greatest Championship.

Preparations

Scotland’s preparations for the tournament will begin in earnest this Sunday (19 January), when the squad convenes at their training base in Edinburgh after the final Pool rounds the European Champions and Challenge Cup rugby.

Time is short to put new principles, practices, tactics and training into place, with Townsend’s men breaking from tradition and heading to Valencia the following Sunday, for an overseas camp leading to the Ireland Test.
