Scotland ‘A’ Team Update
Three changes have been made to the Scotland ‘A’ squad ahead of their departure on Tuesday (8 June) for the IRB Nations Cup in Romania. Flanker Richie Vernon has aggravated a shoulder injury and will be replaced by Edinburgh’s Fraser McKenzie whilst prop Ryan Grant (chest) is replaced by Lewis Niven from Scottish Rugby’s National Academy. Glasgow’s Peter Horne will take Nikki Walker’s seat on the plane after the Ospreys winger withdrew due to personal reasons.
