Scotland A Tickets Available At Stadium Tonight

The Scotland ‘A’ team take to the field at Firhill tonight in their first outing since the Barclays Churchill Cup final in Chicago back in June. The A’ team last wowed fans on home soil when they posted a record 67-7 win over Ireland A’ at McDiarmid Park in Perth, however, tonight is set to be a stern test for the Scots as they face the Georgian national team at the home of Glasgow Warriors. The A’ team last wowed fans on home soil when they posted a record 67-7 win over Ireland A’ at McDiarmid Park in Perth, however, tonight is set to be a stern test for the Scots as they face the Georgian national team at the home of Glasgow Warriors. Kick-off is at 6pm. The A’ team, captained by Alastair Kellock, lists ten internationalists in the game-day 22 including the likes of winger Nikki Walker, centre Rob Dewey, stand-off Gordon Ross, flanker Kelly Brown and no 8 Johnnie Beattie. Seven of tonight’s ten internationalists will start tonight’s game. Season ticket holders for Scotland’s two professional teams, Glasgow Warriors and Edinburgh Rugby, will be granted free entry to the game (a voucher will be redeemed at the turnstiles). However, those without a season ticket for either pro-team can purchase tickets for tonight’s game from the ticket centre at Firhill, located at the rear of the Jackie Husband Stand, from 4:30pm tonight. Tickets are priced at£10 for adults and£5 for students, under 18s and OAPs. Turnstiles and bars in the Jackie Husband stand will open at 4:30pm. Tonight’s official match programme is available free of charge (while stocks last). For those who can’t make it along to Firhill, the game will be broadcast live on BBC ALBA (Sky channel 168 and Freesat channel 110) from 6pm. All the action will also be live on bbc.co.uk with commentary coming from the BBC Radio Scotland team.
