In the 2022/23 season, Karis featured in Watsonian FCs dramatic Sarah Beaney Cup Final fixture against Corstorphine Cougars, winning 26-25. 

Since then, Karis has been selected for Scotland U18, featuring in the Tri-Nations competition. She then earned the call up to the U20 side in 2024 for the Six Nations Summer Series.

The young hooker was drafted for Glasgow Warriors in the Celtic Challenge during the 2023/24 season and made five appearances. In the 2024/25 season, she played for Edinburgh Rugby. 

Karis is currently a supported player at the East Regional Training Centre.
