One change as Scotland Women take to Scottish Gas Murrayfield

16 Apr 2026

Sione Fukofuka has made one change to the XV from Scotland Women’s opening win against Wales, with Evie Wills coming in from the start against England’s Red Roses as Scotland make the move to Scottish Gas Murrayfield on Saturday (kick off 1.30pm) - live on BBC Two.

There is also a return to the 23-player squad for Francesca McGhie and Rachel McLachlan, who take their place amongst the replacements.

Wills replaces Emma Orr, who will miss the rest of the Championship through injury, and will line up at outside centre alongside Meryl Smith at inside centre.

After scoring her first try for Scotland last weekend, Shona Campbell retains her place on the left wing. Rhona Lloyd starts on the right, with Chloe Rollie – who scored the first try of the Fukofuka era – at full-back to make up the back three.

Leia Brebner-Holden will start at scrum-half with Helen Nelson featuring outside her at stand-off fresh from a player-of-the-match performance at the Principality Stadium.

The forward pack remains unchanged as loosehead proper Leah Bartlet is joined in the front row with Lana Skeldon at hooker and Elliann Clark at tighthead.

In the second row, Hollie Cunningham and Emma Wassell continue their partnership. Last weekend’s debutant Emily Coubrough keeps the number 8 shirt, with captain Rachel Malcolm leading from blindside flanker and partnered with Alex Stewart on the openside.

The forward replacements are front rows Elis Martin, Demi Swann and Molly Poolman, second row Holland Bogan and back row McLachlan.

McGhie, Rianna Darroch and Lucia Scott, who bagged our third and final try against Wales, will be the backs available from the bench.
