The chant of Scotland Fans inspires ‘Soundwave’ design on 2025/26 Home Kit
The Scotland 25/26 home kit draws inspiration from the electrifying chant that echoes through Scottish Gas Murrayfield and the Hive on matchdays, as fans get behind the team by showing their pride and passion for the thistle.
The new kit features on both sleeves the real soundwave vibration created when fans chant “SCOTLAND! SCOTLAND! SCOTLAND!”. The Saltire – Scotland’s national flag – is embroidered on the right arm with a purple trim representing the heather that is so synonymous with our beautiful country. ‘Scotland’ is also embossed across the lower back of the strip, a gesture symbolising that each time the players step onto the pitch, they are carrying the fans with them.
The ‘Sound of Scotland’ concept is not only a true embodiment of the pride and heritage of Scotland as a nation, but also a recognition of how fans bring the stadium to life on matchday: There’s simply nothing quite like hearing the Murrayfield Roar on gameday.
In line with Scottish Rugby’s commitment to sustainability and its environmental responsibility, the new Scotland Home Kit, as with all technical garments produced by Macron for Scottish Rugby, is made from Eco Fabric, a 100% recycled polyester material derived from plastic bottles.
Where to purchase kit?
The 2025/26 Scotland Rugby Home Kit is available from today at the Official Scottish Rugby Stores: Queen Street, Glasgow and Scottish Gas Murrayfield, Edinburgh. Available in other retailers from 2 August.
