Final Silver Saturday teams confirmed

Hawick learned their Silver Saturday opposition on Saturday as Edinburgh Academical defeated Marr to reach the Scottish Cup final, the pinnacle of the domestic knockout game.

Meanwhile, the Men’s National League Cup final contenders have also been decided as Falkirk defeated Newton Stewart and Lasswade overcame Allan Glen’s to book their spots. 

Seven finals will be played in one action-packed day at Scottish Gas Murrayfield and Hive Stadium. Silver Saturday returns on 27 April as Scotland’s top men’s and women’s teams battle for silverware. 

With just five days remaining until the turnstiles opens, Silver Saturday offers a unique opportunity for fans to see rugby played at both stadia on the same day. And at just £10 for an adult ticket, it’s a no-brainer for a fan of the domestic game. 

On the day 

Gates will open at 10am for spectators, with a range of food and drink options available throughout the day.
