Dalziel nominated for U20 Player of the Championship

The nominees are:

Joachim Senga Kouo (France)
Lucas Friday (England)
Riccardo Casarin (Italy)
Dalziel is recognised after showing himself as a leader at stand-off despite being the youngest player in the Scotland squad. His best performance came in round one, where he scored a try and won the Player of the Match award away to Italy U20.
He started all five games at stand-off, finishing the championship in a tie for the second-most try assists with four.
The shortlist was selected by each Union nominating one player from their own Union and two players from any other Union. As part of this process, any player who received a Player of the Match award during the Championship was also awarded an additional vote. The players with the most nominations were then selected to create the final shortlist.
The Player of the Championship will be determined using a combination of expert panellists and a public fan vote.
