Ruaraidh McKay Hart is a second row and plays as part of the Glasgow Warriors FOSROC Scottish Rugby contracted academy.
Hart started rugby when he was 8, at Birkmyre Rugby Club in Kilmacolm. He played there for seven years, and at The Glasgow Academy until he moved to Glasgow Hawks in 2022.
He played with Stirling Wolves during the 2023 Super Series Sprint before joining the FOSROC Future XV side for the Championship.
In February 2024, Hart made his professional debut for Glasgow Warriors when he came off the bench during their 40-7 victory against Dragons in the BKT URC.
Ruaraidh has also represented Scotland at U18 level and was named as vice-captain for the 2024 Under-20 Six Nations.
