Ewan Johnson is a product of Parisian secondary school Fac d’Orsay, and was part of the Racing 92 academy.
He made his senior Racing debut against Lyon in the Top 14 in September 2019.
Ewan then spent three seasons at Vannes before joining Oyonnax for the 2023/24 season. The lock forward made 16 appearances in all competitions this season.
Qualifying for Scotland through his father from Bathgate, he featured for Scotland U20 in 2018 and 2019. He was called up for 2024 Skyscanner Americas Tour.
