Second round of boys’ regional pathway fixtures this weekend
24 Jan 2025The second round of boys' regional pathway U17 & U18 fixtures take place this Sunday at Oriam, following on from a great weekend on rugby last weekend.
These fixtures are an opportunity for players to be identified for selection ahead of the Glasgow Warriors U18 v Edinburgh Rugby U18 fixtures in early February.
The U17 & U18 fixtures and kick off times are as follows:
10:00am Borders & East Lothian U17 v Caledonia U17
Match Officials – Johnny Sim, Dave McKervail, John Beaton
11:45am Edinburgh U17 v Glasgow & West U17
Match Officials – Bea Casares Fernandez, Allan Parry, Davie Jamieson
1:30pm Glasgow & West U18 v Borders & East Lothian U18
Match Officials – Simeon Dewi, Digby Thomas, Sam Ramage
3:15pm Edinburgh U18 v Caledonia U18
Match Officials – Euan Maguire, Walter Gaffney, Kevin McGhee
Head of Regional Pathway and Game Development, Neil Graham said: “Last weekend saw 4 excellent games at Oriam with players putting themselves up for selection again for this Sunday.
“The coaches, medics, S&C coaches and team managers have done a fantastic job in preparing the players for these fixtures, and they should be really proud of their teams’ performances last weekend.”
