Demi qualifies for Scotland through her mum, who hails from Troon.
Growing up in Canada, Demi was a promising wrestler at High School before switching to rugby. She played rugby for one year in High School and throughout her time with the University of Ottawa.
Having been a part of the squad for WXV 2 in 2023, Demi made her Scotland debut in the 2026 Six Nations opener against Wales and would play in all five matches of that tournament.
Demi plays her club rugby with Exeter Chiefs.
She is proud of both her Scottish and Filipino heritage.
