Fi McIntosh began her rugby career at Old Alleynians RFC as a child and has represented England at Schools and U20s level.
Notably, she was part of Saracens’ Allianz Premiership 15s title win in the 2021/22 season.
In 2023, the Saracens player earned her first call up to Scotland Women ahead of Scotland Women traveling to South Africa for WXV2. The lock qualified through her father, Alistair.
In 2024, Fi featured for Edinburgh Rugby in the Celtic Challenge and was once again named for Scotland Women’s training squad for the 2024 Guinness Six Nations.
Off the field, she holds a Masters Degree in Global Health and Global Surgery from King’s College London.
Fi made her debut for Scotland on Saturday 13 April 2024 in round three of the Guinness Women’s Six Nations against England.
