Head Coaches Matty Douglas and Colin Sangster have named their sides ahead of Sunday’s Inter-District Championship final at Braidholm (kick off 3.30pm) – live on the Scottish Rugby website.

The front row consists of props Steven Murray (Highland) and Glen Brough (Gala/Orkney) and hooker Fraser Allan (Howe of Fife).
