Neil Graham, Head of Regional Pathway and Game Development, comments on the forthcoming round of pro-aligned U16 rugby fixtures, highlighting the continued growth and development of young players across the pathway.
“The regional U16 fixtures in March showcased some excellent rugby, with many players making noticeable strides in their performance. It was fantastic to see their hard work in training translate into strong performances on the field”.
With the next round of fixtures fast approaching, the focus now shifts to providing the selected players with an even greater challenge.
Neil continued: “This next phase, where the teams align to Glasgow Warriors and Edinburgh Rugby, presents an opportunity for players to test themselves at a higher level. It’s a crucial step in their development, and we’re eager to see how they transfer learnings from March”.
