Tighthead Javan Sebastian, who swapped Scarlets for Edinburgh Rugby ahead of the 2023/24 season, made his Scotland debut against Japan during the 2021 Autumn Nations Series, having initially been called into the squad for the ultimately cancelled summer tour to Romania and Georgia that year.
Having played age grade rugby for Wales, Sebastian is eligible for Scotland through his father who was born and raised in Edinburgh.
Javan played in two Tests of the Argentina tour of 2022 and was named in last year’s Rugby World Cup squad, playing tournament minutes in the pool stage win over Romania.
