Hiddleston made his professional debut for Glasgow Warriors in January 2024, producing an impressive display away to Exeter Chiefs in the Investec Champions Cup.

That appearance came following a series of eye-catching outings for Stirling Wolves in the FOSROC Super Series, frequently featuring amongst the stat-leaders in both attack and defence.

Hiddleston had previously represented Scotland at U20 level, featuring in a squad that also included future Scotland internationals Alex Samuel and Max Williamson.

Having come through the ranks at Dumfries Saints, the hooker enjoyed a barnstorming 2025/26 campaign for Glasgow Warriors, earning selection for first the Scotland A squad that faced Italy XV in Rieti, then for the 2026 Nations Championship.
