Blair Kinghorn became the 1091st player to represent Scotland when he took the field as replacement in Scotland's 2018 Calcutta Cup victory over England.
Former Edinburgh Academy pupil Blair Kinghorn made his Edinburgh Rugby debut as an 18-year-old against Zebre in 2015, with eye-catching club performances leading to him being named in the Scotland squad for the 2018 Six Nations, where he enjoyed a memorable home debut in the 25-13 Calcutta Cup victory.
An ever-present squad member since, Kinghorn won a 50th Scotland cap during Rugby World Cup 2023, appearing at a second such tournament.
After becoming Edinburgh Rugby’s youngest Edinburgh centurion, aged 24 years and 117 days, in March 2021, his ability to play across the back division led to a move in late 2023 to French giants Toulouse.
