A versatile back row forward, Onyeama-Christie has shown adeptness for Saracens wearing the number six, seven and eight jerseys.

He scored his first try for Saracens in a home loss in the Challenge Cup to Edinburgh Rugby in December 2021.

Breaking into the starting XV at Saracens earned Onyeama-Christie his first Scotland call up ahead of the 2022 Guinness Six Nations, with a debut coming against France at Scottish Gas Murrayfield, before winning further caps on the summer tour to Argentina that same year.
