Bath Rugby’s back-row forward Josh Bayliss enjoyed a memorable Scotland debut, coming off the bench in the 2021 Hopetoun Cup win over Australia at Scottish Gas Murrayfield.
Though not selected for Rugby World Cup 2023, Bayliss played in warm-up games with France and Italy, notching a first Scotland try against the latter.
Having made his Bath debut in 2016, he has gone on to make 70 appearances for The Rec side. Bayliss qualifies through his grandmother, who was born in Aberdeen.
On the Skyscanner Americas tour, Bayliss scored Scotland’s first try in the win over Canada in Ottawa in July 2024.
