Peter Horne joined the Scotland coaching staff in 2023 ahead of the Guinness Six Nations.
In his playing career, Horne made 182 appearances for Glasgow Warriors between 2009 and 2021, making him Warriors’ most-capped back of all time, and amassed 45 caps for Scotland. Usually deployed at inside centre, Peter was also comfortable at fly-half and full back.
Horne initially joined Ayrshire Bulls as an Assistant Coach in 2021, before being elevated to Head Coach in 2022, where he lead them to third place in the 2022 FOSROC Super6 Sprint Series.
Horne then joined Glasgow Warriors as a Skills Coach before joining up with the Scotland coaching staff in January 2023. He then agreed to stay in his Attack Coach role for the Rugby World Cup 2023.
