Having made his Scotland debut in the 2021 Autumn Nations Series win over Tonga, stand-off Ross Thompson has impressed since making his full professional debut for Glasgow Warriors in January 2021.
An accuracy from the tee, which has already seen him pass 100 points for the club, has helped Thompson shine in the United Rugby Championship, continuing on from some fine earlier career form for Scotland U20s and Ayrshire Bulls in the FOSROC Super6.
He featured twice on the Argentina tour during the summer to add to his embryonic caps haul. Thompson was selected for the 2024 Skyscanner Americas Tour, and is line for a first cap since November 2022.
