Initially included in the squad as a day-trainer, the Biggar RFC youngster was then selected for the opening round fixture against Wales, playing all 80 minutes in the 24-19 win in Cardiff and debuting at just 19 years old.
Coubrough was a mainstay of Lindsey Smith’s 2025/26 Glasgow Warriors side in the Celtic Challenge, and also has also represented the University of Edinburgh.
Emily made her full Scotland Women debut against Wales in the 2026 Guinness Women’s Six Nations, featuring four times across the championship.
