Hannah went on to play at Linlithgow RFC and Livingston RFC throughout her youth rugby years. The young fly-half played her rugby with Premiership side Corstorphine Cougars during the 2023/24 season.
In the 2023/24 season, Hannah was drafted for Edinburgh Rugby in the Celtic Challenge, which then saw her selected for Scotland Women U20. She played for the age-grade side in the Six Nations Summer Series.
After returning from the competition, Hannah began playing for the University of Edinburgh in the BUCS Super League.
After a successful season with the University and an additional season with Edinburgh Rugby, Hannah earned her first call up to the senior Scotland Women team for the Guinness Women’s Six Nations 2025.
She then earned a spot in the extended training spot for the Rugby World Cup and made her debut in the team’s warm up match against Italy.
